What is an IV?

Intravenous (IV) Fluids deliver saline solution through tubing directly into the bloodstream. This solution usually includes fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and medications that are tailored to each individual patient.

How long are the treatments?

Treatment length varies depending on the IV Therapy you choose to ensure safe absorption. On average:
-250cc vitamin drips takes 15-30 minutes
-500cc vitamin drips take 25 to 35 minutes
-Specialty IVs- such as NAD+ Therapy can take an hour or more.

Who administers the IV therapy treatment?

Our IV therapy specialists are registered nurses who have extensive training in administering IV treatments. Our team works directly under a medical doctor.

How often can you get an IV therapy treatment?

The frequency of IV therapy treatments should be tailored to your needs. Our nurses will customize a treatment plan for you that will include specific ingredients and the frequency you’ll need for your treatment.

How can I make an appointment?

Serenity IV & Wellness makes scheduling an appointment online easy. The process consists of choosing your IV treatment from our menu and reserving your time and date on our online form/ calendar. Serenity IV & Wellness. You can also call: 718-371-8513 to make an immediate appointment.

How quickly can I get an appointment for IV therapy treatment?

Our nurses are in clinic on these days of operation (hyperlink to calendar), and have multiple slots. We prefer pre-booking but also take same day appointments within the hour. We recommend booking two to three hours ahead of the time you would like for your appointment to ensure you receive your desired time slot.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we can take FSA / HSA insurance funding.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Serenity IV & Wellness requires at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. However, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments not canceled within the 24-hour cancellation policy window. For NAD+ appointments, there is a $250 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.

What is your refund policy?

Missed appointments are non-refundable. However, if our medical professional cannot perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patients control or for reasons other than the patients’ medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund. Packages are non-refundable but you may call for extensions on the time frame to utilize them.

Do you offer group rates?
